The cost to create and develop your web site can vary depending on the level of complexity involved in the required structure, original graphics creation intensity, the technologies required to make your site effective, and the number of pages involved. The prices within these packages is based on my graphic art of my own creation, which is limited :) I would normally recommend allowing me to have one of my two graphic artists create a totally unique interface design. This would involve a seperate price quote on the site.
Your site must be that after hours sales contact for your clients. Yet, without actual human contact online, your clients can learn the history, capabilities, and other various details about your entity, and at the same time they are able to bypass that sales resistance wall that often exists when a sales rep and client are face to face.
We at Innova-Tech Solutions create custom web sites from scratch which are more expensive than using a generic template. Why do we create only Custom Designs? Because Web Sites are now (In comparison to even a year ago) a key element in the overall Marketing Plan for your company or entity. And with our degree in Marketing, we have seen the cliche´ 'that you get what you pay for', if you stay inside the confines of a mass market template (totally inside the box), and that you also limit the potential success of your web site within your overall marketing plan. Web Site Design Standard Packages:
"The Waimea" (large size) business,
web design package is designed to provide a small to medium business a powerful marketing presence on the internet, whether it be a site re-design, or an entirely new design. It provides the resource that your clients and potential clients need to learn about your companies products, services, who you are, and most importantly, why they should choose you as their vendor over your competitors.
This package includes: Up to 20 web pages - including your home page. (Additional pages may be requested at additional charges, multiple page discounts available). Up to 200 graphic or photo images distributed to your pages in any combination. (an additional charge of $2.00 will be applied to each photo over the package amount) All images and content should be provided to us on CD or DVD. Up to 10 scans can be provided, additional scans, $ 5.00/ea. Suggested up to 500 words of text per page 1000 words max. Internal or external links in any combination per page (text or image). Feedback form up to 20 fields (negotiable). Unlimited E-mail links for your various personnel departments. E-mail subjects may be coded in for your convenience.
We will arrange your domain transfer and the uploading of your web site to our hosting provider, or to your choice of hosting providers. (1 year domain registration and 1 year hosting are included with our host within this package, additional services like database, e-commerce,etc., would need to be quoted) 1 months web site maintenance (up to 2 hours) at no additional charge. This one month of which will be tweaking of your site to your approval if necessary. Search Engine optimization. Your site files on disk at no additional charge. Copyright issues may exist for any original art, or music files. "The Waimea", business package price is $1975.00. Other options and services are also available at an additional cost.
"The Tseupoo" (medium size) organization or business,
web design package is designed to provide a powerful, yet reduced size design, for community and service type organizations, along with small businesses. Examples of these type entities might be Education, Non-profit, Religious, Legal, Medical and of course any small business that desires a complete site, yet with less content to present than the former package.
This package includes:
Up to 10 web pages - including your home page. (Additional pages may be requested at additional charges, multiple page discounts available).
Up to 75 graphic or photo images distributed to your pages in any combination. All images and content should be provided to us on CD or DVD. (an additional charge of $2.00 will be applied to each photo over the package amount)
Suggested up to 500 words of text per page 1000 words max.
Up to 10 internal or external links in any combination per page (text or image).
Feedback form up to 5 fields (negotiable).
Up to 5 E-mail links for your administration or organization. E-mail subjects may be coded in for your convenience.
Uploading web site to your choice of hosting providers.
1 months web site maintenance at no additional charge after the first 30 days of site launch. 1 month of which will be tweaking to your approval if necessary.
Search Engine optimization of content, based on a well coded design.
The "Tseupoo" , organization/business package price is $1175.00. Other options and services are also available at an additional cost.
"The Sebastian" (small) brochure,
web design package , is available as a starter/brochure site, for an organization or business. This package will help you present yourself on the internet professionally, and stay within your budget.
This package includes:
Up to 5 web pages - including your home page.
Up to 10 graphic or photo images distributed to your pages in any combination. All images and content should be provided to us on CD or DVD.(an additional charge of $2.00 will be applied to each photo over the package amount)
500 words of text per page.
Up to 10 internal or external text links per page.
Up to 5 E-mail links.
Uploading web site to your choice of hosting providers.
1 month web site maintenance (2 hour of maintenance) at no additional charge.
Search Engine optimization of the site content.
"The Sebastian" , brochure package price is $675.00. Other options and services are also available at an additional cost.
"The Mel Beach" - personal/starter/product,
web design package is designed with small business and/or personal promotions in mind. This package will help you present your product and/or information, or personal agenda with images and text in a condensed, yet professional manner.
The package includes:
Up to 3 web pages - including the home or main product page.
Up to 10 graphics or photo images distributed to your pages in any combination. All images and content should be provided to us on CD or DVD.(an additional charge of $2.00 will be applied to each photo over the package amount)
250 words of informational text per page.
Up to 10 internal or external text links per page.
Up to 5 E-mail links.
Uploading web site to your server or choice of hosting providers.
"The Mel Beach", personal/starter/product package is also a front end e-commerce package. The price is $475.00. Other options and services are also available at an additional cost.
Most web sites require some type of regular maintenance, thus we offer a simple package of 1 month/2hours of text, image, and simple structure changes for a set fee. If you feel that you will not require 2 hours per month, then we can also allow that time to rollover into the next month. The fee is $ 60.00 for a 2-hour span of updating work provided.
